Well-established, near-blooming seedlings in 4" net pots. The newest leaf on these plants is 8-10" long. These plants should bloom next year if they are taken care of. This plant produces beautiful long (18+"), fleshy, folded, pendant blue-green leaves. The large flowers have a white lip and yellow-green petals. There are usually 3-5 flowers per stem and they are fragrant (citrus/jasmine smell), especially at night. Usually flowers anytime a leaf matures, which can happen multiple times a year. The mother plant was collected in Nicaragua in 1971 (it still has the original tag!) and is a prolific flowerer! This plant needs to be hung in a basket or mounted because of its pendant growth habit. The buyer will need to provide a hanger or a perch where the pendant leaves can hang down.Care: Prefers cool-intermediate temps and bright indirect light. Regular watering and light feeding year-round, with a short dry period in between waterings.

Dendrobium speciosum (Sellon x #10). Well-established, near blooming size seedling in a 6" pot. Australian Dendrobiums are one of my favorite groups of orchids, and this is the queen of all Dendrobiums! I received a flask of this particular cross several years ago from Wolf Orchids in Australia. It is one of the more compact varieties, so it won't eat up too much space (for a speciosum!). These plants are super hardy. They can handle light frosts and temperatures over 100°F. They like very bright indirect sunlight. Truly wonderful plants. If you are looking for a heirloom plant that can be passed down for generations, this is a great choice (I have one that is almost 70 years old)! Shipping for this plant is the "2 Plant" rate (Please see Shipping Policy for details)

Well-established near blooming size (1-2 years), 3+ pseudobulb seedling with at least one new growth since repotting (for a total of at least 3 pseudobulbs). These have been vigorous, fast-growing seedlings, and we are looking forward to seeing the results of this unique cross! We crossed our best Cattleya harrisoniana with our best Panarica (used to be Encyclia) prismatocarpa. Our intention was to get C. loddigesii size flowers that are spotted. What we actually get, who knows! If you are willing to take a chance and wait a while, you may get an amazing plant for a great price! Care: Intermediate-warm temps and bright indirect light. Regular watering and fertilizer spring-fall and a slightly drier, fertilizer-free winter rest period. The flower pictures are the parents of this cross. The plant picture is representative of the size plant buyer will receive.

Well-established, near-blooming size plants recently repotted into 3.25” pots. Dendrobium anceps is an interesting epiphytic species native to Southeast Asia, including regions like Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. The leaves are generally lance-shaped to narrowly elliptic and are somewhat fleshy. They typically have a smooth, shiny surface and a dark green color. The leaves are arranged alternately along the stem. Overall, the leaves contribute to the plant's interesting appearance even when it isn’t in bloom. 3/4` to 1` flowers are pale greenish yellow with a red spotted lip; blooms successively winter-spring. Care: Bright indirect light, regular watering and light feeding spring-fall and benefits from a period of cooler temperatures and reduced watering in the winter months to mimic its natural seasonal variations.
