Shipping policy

Please note that during cold weather times, we will hold the order until we have a shipping window of above freezing daytime temps and at or slightly below freezing temps in your area. We check the weather for all outstanding orders each time we ship💚.

Shipping Costs:

Method of shipment and charges are subject to change without notice. Most orchids for sale are at the "1 Plant" rate. Some seedlings are weighted as a "1/5 - 1/2 Plant" and other larger orchids count as "2 Plants".

Up to1 Plant-$13.00,   2 Plants-$16.50,   3 Plants-$20.00,   4 Plants-$23.50,   5 Plants-$27.00,   6 Plants-$30.50, and $3.50 for each additional plant.

A box warmer is included in your shipment, free of charge if needed to ensure the plant's well-being. Other sellers charge up to $4 for this! We ship plants using USPS Priority Mail only. Hardgoods can ship USPS, FedEx or UPS.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to Forwarding companies (or freight forwarder, a company that acts as an intermediary, organizing the transport of goods from origin to destination) beyond the original address to which the order was shipped.

International shipping is the cost of postage + $7 for packing costs, usually $30-35 for orders up to 1 kilo. Over a kilo is only a bit more, so multiple plant orders are more cost-effective. 3 adult plants or 10 seedlings usually weigh about a kilo. CITES and Phytosanitary permit costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
