Lemmaphyllum microphyllum Fern
Well established in a 1" net pot. This hard-to-find fern is small growing and highly suitable for terrariums and vivariums. The round, non-fertile leaves are approx 1/2 inch in diameter and the long, skinny fertile (spore) leaves are about 1.25” long. This plant is epiphytic, so it will do very well mounted with some sphagnum moss. It creeps nicely without being invasive and because of the long rhizome is easy to prune. Care: medium to high humidity, mild temps, and moderate-low light.
Well-established blooming size plant in a 2.25" pot. These plants are often called Grass Orchids (because of the leaves) or Fox Tail Orchids (because of the inflorescence). I like these tiny plants for a number of reasons. They are easy to grow and get large, for a miniature, fast. A specimen-size plant fits easily in a 4" pot. Our specimen-size plant produces hundreds of tiny arching inflorescences in flower at the same time! That's thousands of tiny flowers open at the same time! Care tip: These plants should never dry out completely.
Tolumnia hawkesiana x T triquetra
Blooming size 3 plant bare-root divisions. Please note: the plants will not be blooming upon arrival, the photo shows what to expect as far as plant/division size. Looking to fill that tiny space in your greenhouse? Are you a mini junkie (like me!)? Here is a great one! Each plant is the size of a quarter with tightly overlapping leaves that grow in a single plane to produce what looks like a tiny palm frond. The plants are connected with a 1” long rhizome to form a branching string of plants. And it has flowers that are as large as the plant itself! Beautiful light pink, crystalline flowers with markings that differ from plant to plant. Flowers for us randomly throughout the year with long-lasting flowers. 2-4 flowers per spike. These plants need little to no potting media. We throw them in empty baskets, string them through our “wire walls” where we hang our mounted plants, etc. Great for mounting, the parent species both grow on twigs in the wild. Usually, one plant has what looks like a precarious hold on a tiny branch and the rest of the plants are dangling in free space! Care: These plants like bright-very bright light and intermediate to hot temps. Water often spring-fall and let them dry out between waterings in the winter.
Well-established near-blooming size seedlings in 2.25" pot pr mounted on madrone wood!Epidendrum fimbriatum is a very small (12-18"), cool growing species from the Andes region of South America. Once mature this plant produces little white flowers with purple dots year round. Care: cold-intermediate temps, indirect light, high humidity, and lots of airflow.

Epidendrum neoporpax. Well-established blooming size plant in a 3" net pot. We love this plant! It mats into a specimen in a short time. Flowers several times a year and we call it the "baboon butt" flower for obvious (to me :) reasons. This is a great orchid for vivariums and small growing spaces! Care: Easy to grow in moderately bright to partial shade conditions. Like to be mounted either vertically or horizontally. Moderate water all year.

Well-established blooming size plant in 2" pot. This tiny flowered species is easy to grow with intermediate to warm temps, bright indirect light, and enough water and humidity to prevent it from drying out for long periods of time. It's a favorite at the nursery for its forking growth pattern that creates an open yet bushy plant.
Masdevallia (herradurae x nicaraguae)
Well-established blooming size plant in a 2" pot. Miniature Masdevallia! A new mini hybrid from Orchids For The People. Fast-growing and floriferous. We deflasked these plants in the fall of 2021 and already they are producing 4-8 flowers! The flowers fit on a quarter but are tall and big enough not to go unnoticed. This plant would make a great addition to any mini, cool growing, or pleurothallid collection! It would also look great mounted or in a vivarium. Well-established blooming size seedling plant in a 3.25" pot. These plants are ready for mounting or hanging baskets (either is preferable to a pot for adult plants). Very Limited! The flowers of this species are unusual, even for a Bulbophyllum! Each flower is almost 3" long from top to bottom. The maroon background is darkest at the top and highlighted by yellow spots (it resembles snakeskin to me) and slowly fades to white on the bottom sepals. It's beautiful and weird at the same time! Flowers in the winter.Care: Prefers cool-intermediate temps, Indirect light, and moderate year-round food and water.

Here's one for you mini and Bulbo growers! A beautiful plant with large (for the size of the plant) interesting flowers. The sepals and petals are clear, almost see-through, with purple stripes and tiny hairs along the margins. The lip is purple with a purple fringe on the margin.
