Well-established, near-blooming size plants recently repotted into 3.25” pots. Dendrobium anceps is an interesting epiphytic species native to Southeast Asia, including regions like Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar.The leaves are generally lance-shaped to narrowly elliptic and are somewhat fleshy. They typically have a smooth, shiny surface and a dark green color. The leaves are arranged alternately along the stem. Overall, the leaves contribute to the plant's interesting appearance even when it isn’t in bloom. 3/4` to 1` flowers are pale greenish yellow with a red spotted lip; blooms successively winter-spring.
Care: Bright indirect light, regular watering and light feeding spring-fall and benefits from a period of cooler temperatures and reduced watering in the winter months to mimic its natural seasonal variations.

An interesting and easy-to-grow Dendrobium species. The canes are 12-24" long and sparsely covered with fine black hair. 1-3 flowers emerge from a short spike and are approx. 1.5" long, pure white with an orange, "toothy" lip, a long spur, and a very faint fragrance.
Care: Prefers cold-intermediate temps and bright indirect light. Regular watering and fertilizer spring-fall with a drier rest period in the winter.

If you love orange flowers like I do, this little species is for you! Produces 3-4 flowers per spike on older leafless, stems. Produces multiple spikes along the stem simultaneously, so it's a great show. The flowers are around 2" (large for the size of the plant), a beautiful shade of orange, and have a great fragrance reminiscent of apricots.

This is an unusual Dendrochilum. Instead of being a "clumper" like most in the genus, this plant is definitely a "runner"! Will form large tangled mats that make it great for a mount or basket.

This is one of the bigger-flowered Dendrochilum species. Each long, gracefully arching inflorescence produce up to 30 flowers each. This plant is quite a site when it reaches even close to specimen size when blooming! Generally blooms late winter-spring.

The plant looks like a reed stem epidendrum but with very fleshy, almost succulent leaves. Growing conditions: intermediate-warm temps, bright indirect light, regular watering, and light feeding throughout the growing season (spring-fall) with a slightly dry rest period in the winter.

This new cross is another great plant for beginning orchid growers! This is a compact reed stem-type epidendrum that produces nickel-sized, purplish-pink flowers. Reed stem Epidendrums are a wonderful addition to any orchid collection because of their ease of growing, their very long flowering cycle, and their massive variety of colors. Produces a flower spike at the top of new growths which continues to elongate and produce flowers sequentially from bottom to top over a period of months!We're not quite sure how tall these plants will get but they seem to be on the "compact" size for reed stem Epis. They have already flowered at less than 18" tall.
Care: Very easy to grow. Cool-Warm temps,regular watering and light feeding spring-summer with a drier rest period and no food in the winter. Essentially the same as any other reed stem epi.

We love this plant! It mats into a specimen in a short time. Flowers several times a year and we call it the "baboon butt" flower for obvious (to me :) reasons. This is a great orchid for vivariums and small growing spaces!

The buds develop a wooly exterior (they look like hanging caterpillar coccoons) before opening to reveal a beautiful 1/2", creamy-white flower with distinctive red venation. Nonresupinate (upside down) flowers. Flowers winter-spring.The medium-small plant has pseudobulbs that are almost Hershey Kiss shaped (globose) and are initially covered by a mahogany-colored sheath. Well-established blooming-size plants mounted on Madrone.Beautiful white, crystalline white petals and sepals with a purple lip. The upper sepal twists and juts forward and resembles a mohawk. Very light fragrance. Spikes produce up to 20 flowers when fully mature (the plants in this listing are seedlings flowering for the first time last year). Terete leaves are 6-8" long. Branches when mature and develops into an open, shrubby plant. Care: Intermediate-warm temps, bright indirect light, regular (every 1-2 days) watering spring-fall with a slightly drier winter rest. We bred 2 of our nicest plants to bring you these blooming-sized seedlings. There has been a little bit of diversity in color patterns in these plants but the majority have been solid pink. Great size in the flowers (not award-winning huge, but then neither is the price) and the plants are stout and vigorous.
Flower spikes are 2-4' tall and produce 4-6 flowers each. Flowers smell faintly of vanilla, especially after being watered.
